Alex’s latest post about whiteboards is dead on. There have been times when I completely disagreed with the direction he wanted to take something, but as soon as he started drawing out a wireframe in the discussion everything made MUCH more sense. True, this could have been accomplished on a piece of paper, but there is something about standing up and talking around 3 foot wireframes that is inspiring.
And then there is always the comedic relief when things get tough.
